Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotics systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing robotics systems to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics technology and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robotics systems to meet the needs of the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement robotics projects
• Create detailed technical documentation for new robotics systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed robotics projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing robotics systems
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on robotics equipment
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics technology and make recommendations for implementation
• Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of robotics systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to robotics operations
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source necessary components and equipment
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of robotics projects
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of robotics systems and make necessary improvements
• Act as a subject matter expert on robotics technology and provide guidance to the organization on its potential applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with robotics technology
• Proficient in CAD software and programming languages such as Python and C++
• Strong understanding of mechatronics, control systems, and artificial intelligence
• Experience with industrial robots and automation systems preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
