Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that leverage blockchain technology to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and distributed systems, as well as a passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for blockchain applications
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the code
• Develop and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and EOS
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools to continuously improve and enhance our products
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain industry and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve our products and processes
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers
• Document code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain high-quality standards
• Continuously learn and improve your skills to stay at the forefront of blockchain technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain development
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts
• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and EOS
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Experience in developing DApps using frameworks such as Truffle, Web3.js, and Embark
• Solid understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain technology
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for blockchain technology and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
