Overview: Lobox is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company���s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure, as well as proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure design, hands-on experience with various technology systems, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company���s technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and security systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Manage server and network configurations, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues to ensure maximum uptime and availability
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and conduct routine backups and restores
• Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary changes to maintain a secure infrastructure
• Research and evaluate new technology solutions to improve the company���s infrastructure and make recommendations for implementation
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure processes and procedures
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any infrastructure-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with server and network configurations, including installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies
• Experience with network security and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
