Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Edge Computing Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Edge Computing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the edge computing initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement edge computing solutions that will enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in edge computing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of edge computing strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify edge computing opportunities and develop plans to leverage them.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest edge computing technologies and trends.
• Work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy edge computing solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of edge computing engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and align edge computing initiatives accordingly.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for edge computing projects.
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with edge computing initiatives.
• Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all edge computing solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in edge computing, with proven experience in leading edge computing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of edge computing technologies and architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and edge computing tools, such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, or Docker.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
