Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data collection processes from multiple sources, including web traffic, social media, and customer interactions
Develop and maintain databases to organize and store large volumes of data
Perform data cleaning, validation, and manipulation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct in-depth analysis of data using statistical techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide customized reports and analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and identify new opportunities
Train and support team members on data analytics tools and processes
Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and provide guidance and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a business or marketing environment
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in data
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
