Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on emerging ethical issues related to AI and machine learning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI ethical guidelines and policies
Monitor and evaluate the ethical implications of AI projects and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with the development and implementation of AI training programs for employees
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI ethics
Participate in discussions and debates on AI ethics within the company and with external stakeholders
Assist with the development of public-facing communications regarding our company's commitment to ethical AI practices
Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with organizations focused on AI ethics
Act as a subject matter expert on AI ethics, providing guidance and advice to colleagues across the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, ethics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in AI ethics, data ethics, or a similar role
Strong understanding of ethical principles and frameworks related to AI
Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential ethical implications
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about the ethical use of AI and making a positive impact in the tech industry
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving field
