Job Overview: As a Junior Predictive Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with the Senior Analytics Manager and other team members to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop predictive analytics strategies.
• Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Conduct data mining and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of predictive models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in predictive analytics techniques and tools.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytics processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
