Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Predictive Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to help our company make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide solutions through the use of predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify business problems and develop predictive models to solve them.
• Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement predictive models using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of existing predictive models and make improvements as needed.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in predictive analytics and incorporate them into our processes.
• Mentor and train junior analysts on predictive modeling techniques and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement predictive analytics solutions and ensure successful integration into business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop data infrastructure and implement new tools and technologies to support predictive analytics.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes related to predictive modeling and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a predictive analytics role.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading teams.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and big data technologies is a plus.
