Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Optimization Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead AI Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and solutions to optimize various processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful development and deployment of AI solutions
• Research, design, and develop AI algorithms and models to optimize processes in areas such as data analysis, predictive maintenance, resource allocation, and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that leverage AI and machine learning techniques
• Utilize a variety of programming languages and tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and Keras to build and deploy AI models
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance existing processes and systems
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing AI solutions
• Mentor and coach junior AI engineers to foster their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing AI algorithms and solutions
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as neural networks, decision trees, and reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
