Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement.
Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Manage network security by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Assist with the planning and implementation of network upgrades and new installations.
Provide technical support to end-users on network-related issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity and stability.
Conduct regular network maintenance tasks, including backups, firmware updates, and system upgrades.
Monitor network usage and bandwidth to optimize performance and identify potential issues.
Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends to recommend improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
Hands-on experience with network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are a plus.
