Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our software applications by conducting various performance tests and providing valuable insights to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts for different software applications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the system architecture and design performance tests accordingly.
• Utilize various performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling to simulate real-world scenarios and measure system response time, throughput, and scalability.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders, highlighting any performance issues and suggesting solutions.
• Continuously monitor and analyze system performance in various environments (development, staging, and production) to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues that arise during the development cycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing and incorporate them into our testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
