Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's IoT strategy, including defining the vision, roadmap, and goals for IoT initiatives.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for IoT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and design IoT solutions that align with these needs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of IoT solutions, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and of high quality.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IoT technology, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration with our IoT solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize IoT solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of IoT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IoT development, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IoT platforms, protocols, and technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and security.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IoT solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
