Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and market trends
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
