Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor multiple Agile teams on Agile methodologies, values, and principles
Identify and address team dynamics and conflicts to promote a collaborative and high-performing environment
Develop and deliver training sessions to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile concepts and practices
Collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters to continuously improve Agile processes and practices
Conduct assessments of team progress and make recommendations for improvement
Advocate for Agile adoption and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching and facilitation
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling Agile practices in large organizations
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
