Salary: $171000 - $208000

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing design team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process of our digital products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital products, from concept to launch
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality designs
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our design processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with user research techniques, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to launch
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and techniques
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers is a plus
