Job Title: Principal Solutions Architect

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Principal Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, identify potential roadblocks, and develop solutions that align with their goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architecture blueprints, design specifications, and implementation plans
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and junior architects
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuously improve our solutions
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise during client meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions by overseeing the development process and providing guidance and support to the development team
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support for sales, marketing, and other business functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or a related role
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions for enterprise clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams of software developers and architects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
• Relevant certifications in solution architecture, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
