Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of robotics engineers in the design, development, and implementation of innovative robotic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
Utilize your expertise in robotics to provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the latest trends and advancements in robotics technology.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing robotic systems.
Ensure all projects are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong technical background in robotics, including programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying robotic systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
