Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and their journey to guide product development and enhance the user experience.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
Own the product backlog and prioritize user stories for development based on business value and ROI.
Define and track key product metrics and use data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and releases.
Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to drive innovation and enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Passion for technology and a strong understanding of software development processes.
