Salary: $114000 - $144000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management and play a key role in the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress against them
• Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support project decision making
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and progress
• Support the Project Manager in budget management and resource allocation
• Continuously monitor and improve project processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• PMP certification is a plus
