Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring that all project objectives are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication among project team members
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
