Key Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile development teams, facilitating all scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is transparent, well-groomed, and ready for development.
Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any impediments or dependencies that may impact the delivery of a sprint or project.
Create and maintain project plans, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
Monitor and report on team velocity and project progress, communicating any risks or delays to key stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving within the team.
Continuously assess and improve agile processes, tools, and practices to increase team efficiency and delivery of high-quality products.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior Scrum Masters, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile project management, and proactively suggest improvements to our agile processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
