Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
Design digital products that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and align with industry best practices
Collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing results
Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to enhance the overall quality of design work
Assist with user testing and provide recommendations for improvements
Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or Axure
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
Understanding of front-end development and web design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight timelines
