Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interaction Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs and translating them into innovative design solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for complex projects, from initial concept to final delivery
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of design with development
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interaction design, usability, and user experience
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Interaction Design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs
