Job Description: Lobox is seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior User Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations, and translating that into actionable insights to drive the design and development of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that our products meet and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
• Plan and execute user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and focus groups
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify key insights and actionable recommendations
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to communicate insights to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with designers to develop and test design concepts based on user insights
• Partner with product managers to define and prioritize user research goals and objectives
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and user experience design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in user research, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application in product design and development
• Experience with various research tools and techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that have driven product improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for understanding user needs and behaviors and advocating for their needs
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
