Key Responsibilities:

Utilize A/B testing and other analytical tools to measure and optimize the effectiveness of growth strategies.

Lead and mentor a team of growth hackers to drive results and foster a culture of innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our growth strategies.
Work closely with product development teams to identify and implement product enhancements that drive user growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement referral programs, partnerships, and other initiatives to drive growth.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve growth targets within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
Strong understanding of data analysis and A/B testing.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
