Position: Junior AR/VR Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $97 Per hour

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Junior AR/VR Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior AR/VR Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge augmented and virtual reality applications for our clients. You will work closely with our senior developers and designers to bring creative ideas to life and deliver high-quality AR/VR experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement AR/VR applications for various platforms
• Write clean and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications
• Work closely with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AR/VR development
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase
• Assist with documentation and maintain project files for future reference
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in AR/VR development, preferably in a professional setting
• Proficient in Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines
• Strong knowledge of C#, C++, or other programming languages
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus
• Familiarity with AR/VR hardware, such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or Microsoft HoloLens
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A portfolio of previous AR/VR projects is highly desirable
