Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Integration Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system integration, and project management. As the Principal Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire integration process, from requirements gathering to deployment, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to data integration, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in integration and software development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and system integration.
• Strong experience with integration technologies such as ESB, EAI, API, and middleware.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
