Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate on finding solutions
Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Conduct training sessions and create user guides for clients on using our products and services
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide proactive support to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and enhance the overall client experience
Assist in testing and troubleshooting new product releases and updates
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or a similar position
Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Certifications in relevant technologies is a plus
