Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network, and computer systems
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the company's data and systems
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients or internal staff
Providing technical support and guidance to junior IT staff
Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes
Developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and making recommendations for their implementation
Participating in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives
Training and mentoring junior IT staff to improve their technical skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure management role
Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Proficiency in network security and firewalls
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus
