Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and fix any issues in our software, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance
• Identify, report, and track software defects and troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve testing processes
• Mentor and train junior software testers on testing methodologies and tools
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and communicate any potential risks or issues to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand software requirements and translate them into test cases
• Continuously improve and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Participate in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with testing web-based, desktop, and mobile applications
• Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Appium
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
