Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the testing team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software products
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for different software projects
Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionalities
Identify, report, and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure all issues have been resolved before software release
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide testing support throughout the development process
Continuously review and improve existing testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Mentor and train junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge in software testing
Stay updated with industry standards and trends to incorporate best practices in testing methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and executing both manual and automated tests
Proficient in various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus
