Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer to join our growing team. As a Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our company's platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of our platform, as well as identify and implement new technologies and innovations to enhance the overall performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain our company's platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the platform to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the platform and implement timely resolutions.
• Implement automation tools and processes to improve the efficiency of the platform.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Ensure all code and configurations are well-documented and adhere to best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
