Identify and implement data cleansing strategies to improve overall data quality.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify and resolve data integration issues.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data quality documentation.
Train and educate team members on data quality best practices and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data quality tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data quality, or a related role.
Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
Proficient in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with data quality tools and software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks is a plus.
