Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that will drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop analytical solutions, and provide insights that will support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including data modeling, data integration, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support business decision making.
• Develop and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to optimize data management and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis and reporting best practices.
• Communicate complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
