We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing effective email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Create email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and target specific segments of our audience.
• Design and produce visually appealing and engaging email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Utilize email marketing tools to manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase open and click-through rates.
• Analyze email campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and sales to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability, spam compliance, and unsubscribe requests.
• Serve as the go-to expert on email marketing and provide training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with experience in designing and coding responsive email templates.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Experience with email deliverability and list management best practices.
