Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior IT Manager. We are dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients, and we need someone who is passionate about technology and can help us maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, as well as assisting with the implementation and maintenance of various technology systems and processes. You will work closely with our Senior IT Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
• Monitor system and network performance and implement necessary upgrades and improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement best practices
• Develop and manage IT budgets, including procurement of hardware and software
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data security and regulatory compliance
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience with cloud-based systems, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, is a plus
• Certifications in IT management, such as ITIL, are highly desirable
