Job Overview: The Lead IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems within the company. This role requires a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in IT management and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with the company's overall objectives
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
• Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation
• Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Monitor and report on key IT metrics to senior management
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other employees as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with budget management and cost-saving strategies
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus
