Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
Collaborate with clients to analyze their business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.

Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
Implement ERP policies, procedures, and best practices for clients and internal use.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, addressing issues promptly.
Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend enhancements or upgrades as appropriate.
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to maximize system usage.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor ERP system performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform regular system audits to maintain optimal performance and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, management, and support.
Proven experience in leading and managing ERP-focused teams.
Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Knowledge of ERP-related industry standards and regulations.
ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage.
