Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Develop technical design documents and provide technical guidance to development team members
• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
• Ensure code quality and maintain best practices for development and deployment
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
• Develop and maintain documentation of all processes and procedures related to Salesforce development and administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development is a plus
