Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in all aspects of SAP implementation, customization, and optimization. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement, while also collaborating with our internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, from design to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client's business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for SAP integration and optimization
• Provide expert guidance and advice on SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to design and implement customized SAP solutions that meet client's needs
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP systems
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates, releases, and changes, and provide recommendations on potential upgrades or enhancements to clients
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and consulting, with a focus on S/4HANA
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale SAP projects within budget and timeline
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• SAP certification is a plus
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
