Job Title: Principal SAP Consultant

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Principal SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP solutions for our clients. With your extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients on the best practices and methodologies for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects within budget and timeline.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and features of SAP solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or HCM, and ensure that the solutions meet the business requirements and align with industry standards.
• Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration testing to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP modules.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and training documents.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of our services and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.
• Experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects for large and complex organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions within budget and timeline.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
