Salary: $270000 - $310000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mobile Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile applications and driving the technical direction of our mobile team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our mobile applications, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other developers to understand product requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Drive the technical direction of our mobile team, making decisions on technology, architecture, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach other developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and techniques, and implement them as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with QA and other teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with backend services.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in iOS and/or Android development, with a deep understanding of the mobile platform and ecosystem.
• Proven experience developing and launching successful mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile development languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
