Responsibilities:

Design and implement infrastructure systems that meet our company's current and future needs
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the infrastructure team
Manage and maintain our company's network and server architecture
Monitor and troubleshoot network and server performance issues
Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure systems with other company applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in infrastructure engineering
Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure systems and processes
Perform regular security audits and implement necessary measures to ensure data protection
Mentor and train junior infrastructure engineers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex infrastructure systems
Strong knowledge of network and server architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches
Extensive experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Proficiency in storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and DAS
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
