Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of our organization's infrastructure systems, including but not limited to servers, storage, network, and virtualization.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and best practices to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement infrastructure solutions that support business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure systems.
• Mentor and coach junior infrastructure engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, network, and virtualization.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• In-depth understanding of security practices and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
