Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security products
Monitor network and system activity for potential security breaches and promptly respond to any incidents
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends and make recommendations for enhancing our clients' security posture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our clients' IT infrastructure
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their professional development
Develop and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address any vulnerabilities
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on security incidents and advise on best practices for ensuring data security
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity engineering role
Extensive knowledge of network security protocols, application security, and security risk management
Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
