Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software architecture for our company's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of the company's software architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and aligns with the company's overall technology strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software architecture requirements.
• Develop technical solutions and provide guidance to the development team on best practices, coding standards, and system design principles.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency across the development team.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the company's software architecture and development processes.
• Mentor and coach software engineers, providing guidance and support for their technical growth and career development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a software architecture role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching software engineers is a plus.
