Job Description: As a Principal Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software architecture solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project teams to understand our clients' business needs and provide technical guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You will also lead a team of software engineers and collaborate with other architects to ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software architecture solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.
• Lead a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and technical expertise.
• Ensure that software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our software development processes.
• Work closely with other architects to ensure consistency and alignment across all projects.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a software architecture role.
• Strong experience with software design and development principles, patterns, and practices.
• Extensive knowledge of software development languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
