Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis in the field of artificial intelligence, exploring new concepts and techniques to enhance Lobox's AI capabilities
Lead and manage a team of AI researchers, providing guidance and support to drive the research agenda and ensure successful execution of projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to develop and implement AI solutions that meet the company's objectives
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI, identifying potential opportunities for innovation and growth within the company
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, representing Lobox as a thought leader in the AI community
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
Contribute to the development of company-wide AI strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on research findings
Mentor and coach junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team

Requirements:

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting research in the field of artificial intelligence, with a strong publication record
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI researchers
Extensive knowledge of AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
