About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence Researcher to join our team. As the Lead AI Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our AI research projects, driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI researchers and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive research projects forward.
• Conduct research and experimentation to develop innovative AI solutions that can be applied to real-world problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the field of AI and identify opportunities to integrate them into our research and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to design and implement AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate the performance of AI models and algorithms and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Present research findings and developments to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients.
• Manage and prioritize multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices and standards for AI research within the organization.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and experience with AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Proven track record of successful AI research projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
