As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's technological infrastructure and driving continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology resources.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our technology systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize IT operations, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and processes to enhance IT operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations and projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL or PMP are preferred.
